To ensure transparency and a smooth delivery process, the following policy applies to all provisional bookings made with NexGen Auto Pvt. Limited.
- Customers may request a change of model or variant 90 days prior to the delivery date stated on the Provisional Booking Order (PBO) Form.
- Requests made fewer than 90 days before the delivery date stated in the Provisional Booking Form (PBO) will be subject to a deduction of 2% of the invoice value.
